Chocolate Chunk & Raisin Cross Buns
On Easter in Bulgaria we usually make Kozunak (a sweet egg bread with fruit and nuts), and these buns are similar ingredient-wise (minus the chocolate). Decided to diverge from tradition just a tad. No regrets!
